or the owners, although we're also selected by HR or sourced via a training
or development effort as well. How We Work With You.Our workflow involves an initial meeting with a prospective client to understand the current situation dynamic and both long term and short term needs of the business. In this way, recommendations are tied explicitly to company goals and are top-line or bottom-line focused. Depending on the needs, timeline, priorities and budget, a pilot, project or action may be recommended via proposal. TQD has an extensive network of experienced consultants, trainers, facilitators, researchers and marketers in many different countries who can be called upon to establish a specific project-focused team, as necessary. This insures clients get access to the very best of resources, matched to either industry, geography and/or functional expertise at competitive rates, without excessive overhead costs.
